Mr. Ash A. Parekh, AIA

Mr. Parekh has over 25 years of experience in the Architecture & Construction industry both in India & Internationally. He has worked primarily in the Washington DC area for over 16 years on a prestigious portfolio of projects. His professional experience is diverse - Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Development, Program Management & Construction Administration.
He has been responsible for the design & construction of a varied set of building types, including industrial, commercial, interiors, hotels, housing and educational projects. |
He is no stranger to the varieties of corporate culture and has designed for global conglomerates, multi-nationals as well as private / public institutions & developers. His local & international experience allows him to apply & use his design / management skills & latest technology while keeping in mind the inherent Indian conditions & limitations, thus providing his clients the “best of both worlds”.
He has a strong Program Management background with significant experience in Technical Due Diligence, Construction Administration, Master Planning & Feasibility Studies. His work in the architectural design areas is noteworthy especially in the hospitality, retail, technology, educational, entertainment, industrial, rehabilitation and commercial areas.
Since his return to India in 1998, he has been invited & conducted several lecture series on Project Management, Design and Master Planning issues organized by National Architectural Chapters & Institutions. He also acts as a Visiting Professor at leading Educational Institutions in Pune, where he teaches Project Management. |
